Tom Pagano

Tom Pagano is co-founder and President of Mission Advantage Recruiting. Tom is a mission-driven, servant leader, who has spent the last decade working in philanthropy, nonprofit management and consulting with a variety of impactful organizations.
His vision for Mission Advantage is to connect high level talent with mission-based organizations to affect positive change in the world. Tom is relationship-focused and invests deeply in long term relationships with nonprofit leaders.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He was a contributing author to the book, Beautiful Hope from Beacon Publishing. Tom currently resides in New Jersey with his wife, Megan, and their three children. He enjoys sports, exercise, playing golf, reading, being active in his parish, and quality time with family and friends.
