Bill has a proven track record of transforming teams and aligning top talent with organizational missions. He has spent much of his career building highly effective teams and mentoring future leaders. His areas of expertise include: leadership development, operational efficiency and cultural alignment.
Prior to co-founding The Oxenham Group, Bill held leadership roles at top companies in the areas of Technology, Engineering, Compliance and Life Sciences. Bill’s teams have been perennially recognized for excelling in the areas of customer support and delivery.
Bill holds an MBA from Monmouth University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Franciscan University. Bill serves as a mentor for young adults in the areas of career counseling and workplace behavior through Junior Achievement. He resides in South Dakota with his wife, Michelle, and their seven children.
