Steve Mogle

Steve brings more than a decade of leadership in IT recruiting to lead Mission Advantage’s IT practice for our nonprofit clients. Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized for his servant leadership building perennial top performing teams. A focus on candidate and client alignment has led to thousands of successful placements and project engagements for his teams over the years.
Steve spent over four years as the Managing Director of the IT practice for Advanced Resources. Prior to Advanced, Steve was the Area Vice President for Adecco based out of New York City.
Steve holds a BA degree in Marketing Management from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY and completed the i3 Executive Leadership course at IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland. He currently lives in Sioux Falls, SD with his wife and four children. Steve is an avid runner, racquetball player, and board game enthusiast.
