Will Panagakos
Team Lead
Will is passionate about elevating others to be better positioned to succeed. This passion has only intensified through working on training and leadership teams in secondary education and the nonprofit space. Collaborating in multiple education-based startups from their incorporation to stable operation, his tenure is colored by a high standard for quality and collaboration. Will defines a job well done by placing people where they will thrive the most and by ensuring that organizations have the right people to foster optimum growth.
Will holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He enjoys volunteering with homeless populations and the youth, and he has done this both domestically and abroad. Will lives in Kentucky with his wife and three children. In addition to working and being a dad, he enjoys playing guitar, running, and finding new cultural hot-spots and hidden gem restaurants.
