Will is passionate about elevating others to be better positioned to succeed. This passion has only intensified through working in the search space and in training and mentoring others to do the same. With a background working in multiple education-based startups from their incorporation to stable operation, his tenure is colored by executing, optimizing, and elevating high-impact organizations. Will defines a job well done by placing people where they will thrive the most and by ensuring that organizations have the right people to foster optimum impact.
Will holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. In addition to working and being a dad, he enjoys playing guitar, garage workouts, driving a manual transmission, and finding hidden gem restaurants. Will lives in Tennessee with his wife and five children.
