Michael Gieger

Account Executive

Michael is an Account Executive for Mission Advantage and its parent company, the Oxenham Group. After a few years in manufacturing and technology sales, he has made the transition into the recruiting world. Michael enjoys solving client’s problems and providing solutions that make an impact. A people person and connector by nature, he will seek to engage clients and candidates on a deeper level.

Michael graduated from Ave Maria University with a Bachelor degree in Humanities and Liberal Studies and he has recently completed a Masters in Business Administration from Regis University. He lives in Westfield, Indiana with his wife and two children. Michael enjoys playing golf, reading, and good conversation over a glass of bourbon.
