Elisa is the Administrative Assistant for Mission Advantage Recruiting, responsible for supporting numerous aspects of our finance and operations departments.

Homegrown in South Dakota, Elisa has lived within an hour of Sioux Falls her whole life. She earned her B.S. at the University of South Dakota, and then started her career working in social services in the mental health space. In addition to Mission Advantage, Elisa is focused on building a real estate business, following the footsteps of her entrepreneurial family. Beyond work, Elisa is an avid outdoors enthusiast who finds joy in boating, hiking, and spending quality time with her family, both two-legged and four-legged.
