Gabe joins the recruiting industry with a background in teaching, mentoring, and leadership coaching. His interest in hearing peoples’ stories and establishing unlikely connections makes him a natural fit for our mission. Gabe strives to serve others while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism throughout the recruiting process. By personally connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities, his ultimate goal is to ensure that through a transparent and effective process, everybody wins for the long term. 

Gabe holds a BA in Theology and an MA in Business Administration from Franciscan University of Steubenville. Residing in Steubenville, he can most easily be found with his wife, Sarah and daughter, Eliza Day, either by a bonfire or at a brewery. They also enjoy hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains and dipping their toes in the Atlantic Ocean as frequently as possible.
