Recruiter

Caleb is a Recruiter for Mission Advantage’s non-profit team and has a passion for helping those around him to succeed. After three years of mentoring and working with college students through FOCUS, he has transitioned into the recruiting world with the same drive to lift up others and connect mission driven entities with those who are willing and able to do the important work.

Caleb graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Linguistics and currently lives in Nashville with his lovely wife. He enjoys tending to his new Biergarden, unabashedly speaking German, and closely following his favorite soccer team FC Bayern Munich. He is also a big history buff and would gladly talk your ear off about the Ottoman or Mongolian Empire.
