Pat is a Recruiter for Mission Advantage’s IT Practice. His diverse professional background of mentoring college students at FOCUS, developing brand strategy in the restaurant industry, or running a photography business, has prepared him to serve clients and candidates exceptionally well. He understands the essential roles that purpose and mission play in finding career fulfillment, and is deeply motivated by the desire to help others find meaningful employment. Pat lives and breathes deep connection, and wakes up motivated to turn the aspirations of those he meets in his personal life or recruiter role into the future they hope for.

Pat holds a Bachelor degree in Public Relations and minor in Spanish from James Madison University. He lives in New York City with his wife, though his lifetime as a military son means they’re always mobile. An unabashed Boston sports fan, he’s almost tired of his city winning all the time. Almost.
