Jessica Foley joins the Oxenham Group & Mission Advantage as Director of Finance

Jessica Foley will be joining the team at the Oxenham Group (OXG), of which Mission Advantage (MA) is a part of, this month as their Director of Finance. Previously working for OXG on a consultative basis, the team is thrilled to bring on Foley as a full time member of the leadership team to leverage her financial expertise on operations and to make further plans for expansion.

Her experience in operations and finance will allow the recruiting firm to expand their services in key growth areas while ensuring that the business has the correct infrastructure in place to continue providing their clients a high level of service. Foley has held leadership roles in non-profit accounting and finance, working with several mission focused organizations, and most recently as the Manager of Business Operations in the Behavioral Health department at Northwestern Medicine.

Foley is excited to join the growing organization and said that, “The culture of the Oxenham team is phenomenal. I am excited to surround myself with individuals who are striving for excellence, both professionally and in their personal lives as well.”

She will be assisting the team in continued growth, sustainment, and profitability with an overarching goal to set standardized administrative and finance related processes that will allow the team to focus their time and efforts on recruiting talent. This is timely as OXG’s three verticals – Life Science, Information Technology, and Nonprofit – experience increased demand for their services.

The Oxenham Group and Mission Advantage was founded by two Franciscan University graduates to be a world class recruiting resource for nonprofits and mission-focused organizations, understanding the astounding impact that hiring the right talent could have on a team. 94% of candidates that OXG placed in the last 24 months are still working successfully with the organization, a sharp contrast to the current industry trends. Current clients include Stryker, Regeneron, Smile Direct Club, Integra, EWTN, Catholic University, Hallow App, and the Archdiocese of New York.
